Basic Terms OF Hire.

Minimum age requirements are as per rate sheet.
Hirer must have at least 2 years full motorcycle licence experience.
No more than 2 minor speeding offences in the past 3 years.
Whilst driving, must not have been involved in more than one accident during the past 3 years.
Two forms of identification in addition to a full UK photocard driving licence must be produced on comencement of hire. ( Bank statement, Utillity bill, showing permanent address. )

A non-refundable booking fee of £25 is required at the time of booking, which is offset against the cost of hire.
A Damage deposit of £500 is required by credit card at comencement of hire. Provided that the vehicle is returned to us at the end of the hire in the same condition as at the start of the hire, excepting normal wear and tear and no other charges are payable then the deposit will be returned to you.
The balance of  the Hire amount and damage deposit are payable by credit card at comencement of hire.
Any costs/fines incurred are the sole responsibility of the hirer eg. speeding fines, parking fines, Tolls, any congestion charging, etc.
The motorcycle is supplied with a full tank of fuel.
The motorcycle must be returned with a full tank of fuel.
All security devices fitted to the motorcycle and supplied by Phoenix must be used at all times.
Included in hire.
Fully comprehensive insurance.
Unlimited mileage.
Breakdown cover.
Security locks.
All motorcycles are fitted with security systems inc. alarms, data tag.
